I think this one is your strongest mockup. I like the color, font, and composition of the tex in relation to the background image. I wouldn't change anything.

Mockup 2: old couple
Stylize "Charlie Chaplin" so that it’s clearly distinct from the quote itself.

Mockup 3: Omar quote
Maybe play with the placement of the text more? I think the quote could have a stronger effect if it were placed, stretched out, maybe across the dude’s body? Also how did you come about choosing the color?
