The concept of an old DVD seems to me coming through with the slightly grainy quality and the black widescreen bars framing each image. To make this more intentional I would keep the size of the bars standard and choose whether you want to use purposefully grainy images or keep it consistent with high quality images.
I think the 2nd and 3rd quotes are very similar in content so I’d suggest getting rid of one of them. I’d say the length of the 3rd quote works better visually but the image from the second works well with the content of the quote so I’d say combining those two could be successful.
The leading seems a bit too loose and you need to watch your rags.
The font is working but I’d suggest testing a few different ones just to see if anything is working better.
You did a good job of positioning the text with the responsive build in mind.
