For the first image set for desktop, I like the way you handled the different typeface styles, but I think the placement of the author is a little awkward and can be adjusted to mirror the style of the quote.

For the first image set for mobile, I think overlapping the text and the graphic isn't as successful as the format for the desktop one. Don't be afraid to try different point sizes. I also thing that because the graphic is vertical in nature, italicizing the entire type may not be harmonious with the image.

For your second image formatted for desktop, I like the idea of an all caps typeface, but this perhaps isn't the right one. I also like the use of splitting the quote into different parts of the image, but I would carefully consider the difference in point size. Right now the hiarchy is: Fight Club, rest of quote, author, so make sure that is the hiarchy you want. Also, I think the use of color in some of your text can add a level of contrast and intrigue.

For your second image formatted for mobile, I like the introduction of color to compliment the one streak of color in the image. I think you have a design issue with overlapping the text and the black tie, because it becomes hard to read. Perhaps the image shifts up amd the text can fall beneath it, or the text gets smaller and falls to one side of the tie while the author falls to the other.

For your third image formatted for desktop, i really like the image used and typeface as well as point size. I think the author is starting to get a little hard to read and an easy fix might be to just move it under the quote on the darker blue background.
For your third image formatted for mobile, I like this new use of boxing out white space for your quote to fit into. I think the type and the box is a bit too big and jarring, and the text can fit tighter in the box. I think that This format style should match that of the desktop one, so eithe they boy should have a box beneath the text or none of them should (also, having a box on only one format may be hard for a responsive design).
