Original Mockup

- Points for improvement:
- Menu bar: One problem we identified was that the artist's name would be lost when the user scrolled down the page. My solution to this was creating a sticky nav bar so "The Smiths" would always be visible. I went ahead and added links to "singles," "albums," "discography," and "bio" to the nav bar as well. I also added social media icons for the Smiths' Instagram and Facebook pages up there.
- Margins: While designing the initial mockup, I had not been considering screen size at all. Kiri and I figured out how to set up a Photoshop document with guides so that we could design for the average screen size but keep the larger and smaller ranges in mind.
- Secondary information: I originally placed secondary information like the song's release date and album name below the song title, but Kiri and I decided that it was distracting and does not need to be placed before the song lyrics. My solution was to place a narrow column to the left of the body text. I put the secondary information, including additional categories like songwriter names, genre, etc., on the sidebar.
